At Prestige, every piece is crafted especially for you. The variations shown reflect our designers’ selections, but we offer over 100 materials and finishes available for full customisation.

Important:

Some pieces may present up to 1% variation in measurements due to their handcrafted nature.

Custom-sized or custom-coloured products are non-returnable.

Colour variations in fabrics and finishes may occur.

High-gloss finishes are only available for stainless steel items.

Products made with carbon steel are only available in matte paint. Other finishes are available upon request.
For COM/COL orders (Customer’s Own Materials): production will begin only after all materials have been received, approved, and properly identified.
While we make every effort to match colours and textures as closely as possible, exact matches cannot be guaranteed due to the artisanal nature of our production.
SHIPPING POLICY

All prices and transactions follow the EX WORKS model, meaning shipping costs and associated fees are not included.

Shipping services are available upon request through your Trade Project Specialist, at an additional cost.

Prestige is not responsible for any loss, damage, or unforeseen issues during or after transport or installation.
ORDER & DELIVERY

We do not work with stock. All products are made to order, exclusively for you, once payment is confirmed.

Each piece is handcrafted by highly skilled professionals at our factory located in northern Brazil.

Delivery and assembly are carried out by our dedicated Prestige team.

No minimum order value is required.

Estimated production time: 30 to 50 business days, depending on material availability and shipping time.
WARRANTY
All Prestige products come with a 12-month warranty, valid from the date of invoice issuance.
